Physical Therapy Sessions

At Serenity Healthcare Partners, we provide individual therapy sessions designed to treat both workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. Our focus is on offering session-based physical therapy, occupational therapy, and vestibular therapy that helps patients recover without committing to full-length programs. Each session is customized to meet the unique needs of the patient, whether it’s restoring function or managing pain.

Who Qualifies for Individual Therapy?

Patients referred by their Primary Treating Physician due to work-related or personal injuries qualify for our individual therapy sessions. At Serenity Healthcare Partners, we offer specialized, short-term therapy focused on helping patients recover through a combination of physical, occupational, and vestibular therapies.

How Can You Benefit from Individual Therapy?

Our individual therapy sessions provide targeted, short-term care designed to aid recovery and enhance overall well-being. Here’s how you and your referring professionals can benefit:

  • Targeted Pain Relief: Experience improved mobility, flexibility, and reduced pain, all tailored to your specific injury.
  • Personalized Treatment: Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a personalized approach to your recovery journey.
  • Improved Functionality: Receive expert guidance and care to restore physical function and support mental resilience, getting you back to daily activities and work.
  • Holistic Care: Benefit from our physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical doctors, all working to enhance your recovery outcomes.

Work Conditioning

Work-conditioning is a structured, goal-oriented program designed to help patients safely transition back to work following an injury. It focuses on restoring strength, endurance, flexibility, and functional movement patterns required for job-specific tasks. In addition to physical rehabilitation, the program emphasizes safe body mechanics and injury-prevention strategies, ensuring patients can return to work with greater confidence, reduced risk of re-injury, and improved overall function.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy (OT) helps patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities after an injury, illness, or medical condition. Our therapists address both physical and cognitive challenges by restoring strength, coordination, and fine motor skills,

while improving memory, attention, and problem-solving. Treatment often includes adaptive strategies, tools, and emotional support to help patients adjust and thrive. The goal is to empower each patient to return to meaningful routines, enhance quality of life, and achieve greater independence.
